Know before you go...

Please arrive just 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete the first-time client intake form (if not already done online), use the restroom, and address any intake questions either of us may have. 

For everyone’s safety, we usually keep the front door locked. Try opening it first, and if it’s locked, press the white doorbell, and I’ll come meet you.

Location & Parking...

Massage by Melanie is located inside The Scalp & Skin Treatment Center at 6625 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 5, Las Vegas, NV 89146. On the SW corner of SAHARA Ave. & SORREL St., closest to Discount Tire. The only single-story building in the MARBEYA Business Park (6655 W. Sahara Ave.). 

The front door faces Sahara Ave., and is the last door on the right. We are across from Sammy's.

There is plenty of parking around the building.

Paying for your session...

When it comes to paying for your session, you can prepay when booking your appointment online. You may also pay for your session using cash, check,  Zelle, Venmo, or credit card at the time of your service. 

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be asked to pay the cancellation fee, which will be 50% of the intended service.

Late cancellations due to emergencies or illness will generally not result in missed session charges, but it is determined on a case-by-case basis and is noted in the client's file.

If there are multiple missed appointments, you will be asked to prepay for future services.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 

All massages start and end on time, or as close to on time as possible. If you know you are going to be late, I ask that you send me a text to let me know you are coming. If you arrive more than 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends on time, and I won't run late with my next client. Please know full-service fees will be charged even if sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, I will do my best to always be on time. If, for any reason, I cannot, I will notify you.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY

The massage I provide is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes ONLY. There is absolutely no sexual component to my massage whatsoever. Any joke, gesture, conversation or request made before, during or after our session will result in 1)  the immediate termination of the session, 2) Full-service fees will be charged, no matter how long the session, 3) you will be prohibited from booking with me or any other therapist I work with indefinitely, 4) Your intake information will be taken to LVMPD for the solicitation of prostitution. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
