Know before you go...

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to allow yourself time to fill out a first-time client intake form (if not done beforehand online), use the restroom, and ask and/or answer any intake questions you or I might have. 

Location & Parking...

The spa is located at 6625 W.Sahara Ave., Suite 5, Las Vegas, NV 89146, inside the MAYBERA BUSINESS PARK. Next to the CARMAX and across the street from LEXUS. The shop is in the only stand-alone building, on the left-hand side, as you enter the complex.

There is plenty of parking close to our building.

Once you've parked, walk up to the front of the building and go to the last door. There will be a doorbell. Ring that, and I will be up to grab you as quickly as I can

Paying for your session...

When it comes to paying for your session, you can prepay when booking your appointment online. You may also pay for your session with a credit card, cash, or via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App at the time of your service. 

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or are a no-call no-show, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% service fee for each session after that. You will also be asked to prepay for any future appointments. Late cancellations due to emergencies or illness will generally not result in missed session charges, but it is determined on a case-by-case basis.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 

All massages start and end on time, or as close to on time as possible. If you know you are going to be late, I ask that you send me a text to let me know you are coming. If you arrive more than 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, your appointment may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends on time, and I won't run late with my next client. Please know full-service fees will be charged even if sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return, I will do my best to always be on time. If, for any reason, I cannot, I will notify you.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY

The massage I provide is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes ONLY. There is absolutely no sexual component to my massage whatsoever. Any joke, gesture, conversation or request will result in the immediate termination of the session. Full-service fees will be charged, no matter how long the session, you will be prohibited from booking with me or any other therapist I work with indefinitely. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
